Tipp hurlers continue preparations for Clare clash

Eamon O'Shea has said previously that he is using the League to try out new players and his team cannot be judged so early on in the year – but with an impressive win over Galway under their belts, the Premier County are beginning to show some early form.

Management are dealing with several injury concerns including James Barry and Denis Maher, however, former Tipp goalkeeper and Tipp FM analyst Ken Hogan says the other players have stepped up to the mark.

Meanwhile, the Clare senior hurling management team say they are still experimenting with a starting line up ahead of the game on Sunday.

Clare selector Louis Mulqueen says that this time of the year is the best to try different things.
