Supporters travelling to Semple Stadium this evening for Tipperary’s National Hurling League game against Wexford are being warned there will be no parking adjacent to the Stadium without an official car pass.

Barriers will be erected and traffic will be stopped on the immediate approach roads to the Stadium.

Car Parking facilities are available at LIT Thurles, Thurles Greyhound Stadium, and the VEC Grounds

As well as Parnell St Car Park, Liberty Square Car Park, and St Patricks College and at the Munster Hotel Car Park

Cars parked illegally will incur fines.

Gardai in Thurles are also warning that a funeral is taking place on the Slievenamon Road in Thurles this evening.

So people are being advised to take that in to consideration and allow extra time.
Meanwhile people not heading to the match are advised not to make any uncessary trips in to Thurles this evening.
