Tipp to name team for Dublin clash this evening

Tipp are expected to name their team this evening to face Dublin in Round 3 of the hurling qualifiers on Saturday.

Tipp haven’t had the strongest start to the season, with a loss against Cork in the Munster Championship, and an unconvincing win over Westmeath last weekend.

Tipp manager Michael Ryan described their performance against the Leinster side as ‘below-par’ and said the door was open for other players to make the starting 15.

However, former Tipp hurler James Woodlock says he expects the team to be similar to ones we’ve seen so far this year…
