Manchester City secured third in the table after thrashing Watford 5-nil at Vicarage Road.

Chelsea lifted the Premier League trophy moments after a thumping Sunderland 5-1 in John Terry’s final game at the club.

Tottenham also finished the season on a high, as they hammered Hull 7-1 with Harry Kane scoring his second hat-trick of the week.

It also means Kane has won the golden boot for the second straight year.

Elsewhere a new look Manchester United side beat Crystal Palace 2-nil, Leicester and Bournemouth finish 1-all, West Ham beat Burnley 2-1, Stoke were 1-nil winners away to Southampton, and Swansea beat West Brom 2-1.
