Arsenal came from 1-nil down to beat German side Cologne 3-1 in their delayed Europa League game.
The match started an hour late because of fears over crowd safety when thousands more Cologne fans arrived in north London than expected.
Police confirmed there was disorder at the stadium.
It wasn’t a good night for Everton in their group-stage opener as they lost 3-nil at Italian side Atalanta.
