The man from Clonmel Boxing Club beat his club-mate Dean Gardiner on a unanimous decision in what was an all-Tipperary decider at the National Elite Finals in Dublin last night.
There were also wins for Paddy Barnes, Michael Conlan and Joe Ward last night at the National Stadium.
The win secured Sheehan's 6th Elite title and saw him regain his Super-Heavyweight crown, after injury forced him to miss last year's Championships.
