O’Shea praises hard work of players after Dublin win

Tipperary will take on Cork next weekend in the Allianz Hurling League Quarter-Finals, following their victory over Dublin yesterday.

Patrick 'Bonner' Maher's goal proved the difference as the Premier County beat Anthony Daly's men by 1-19 to 0-19 in their Division 1A clash at Semple Stadium yesterday.

Tipperary didn't concede a goal, which was a departure from their 3 league defeats, where they had shipped 12 at the back.

Tipperary manager Eamon O' Shea was delighted for his 'hard working' players

Tipperary's Noel McGrath told Tipp FM after the final whistle that their heart & determination proved the difference against a tough Dublin side

All of that means the quarter final line up sees Tipperary play Cork, Clare take on Laois, Kilkenny play Wexford, Galway battle it out with Limerick.

Meanwhile, the relegation play-offs will see Dublin take on Waterford and Antrim play Offaly.
