The game will see the 2006 & 2008 winners hosting the record four-time champions of the Heineken Cup.
Leinster face an away trip to the home of the reigning champions Toulon in their quarter final tie.
And Ulster will host Saracens in the last 8.
The other game sees Clermont Auvergne host Leicester.
All the ties will take place over the weekend starting 4 April.
The semi final draw was also made and a Leinster V Munster semi final is a possibility, if both sides can win their respective quarter finals.
The winners of Ulster V Saracens will face the winners of Clermont V Leicester.
