Michael Ryan says Cork will be a formidable force in Thurles

Tipp hurling manager Michael Ryan says Cork will be a formidable force in Thurles on Sunday.

The premier face the rebels in the quarter final of the Munster Senior Hurling championship.

Cork got the better of Tipp in the league this year, but Tipp beat them well at the same stage of the championship last year.

Speaking to Tipp FM, Ryan says that Cork are coming under the radar.

Tipp FM’s live coverage of this Sundays Munster senior hurling quarter final between Tipp and Cork is in association with Mulcahy Car Sales Ardcroney, Nenagh and Raymie Ryan Lighting, Cashel.

Meanwhile, Waterford await the winners of this Sunday’s game – and it’s been confirmed today that the Munster semi final clash with the winners of the Cork / Tipperary game will be held in Semple Stadium on June 18th.
