Kiladanagan overcome Kilruane in North Championship

It’s down to the last four in the North Senior Hurling Championship following last’s night’s victory of Kiladangan over Kilruane McDonaghs.

Kilruane got off the blocks first in their clash in Dolla clocking up two points through Cian Darcy and Darragh Peters followed by Niall O’ Meara goal with just five minutes on the clock

17 minutes in Kiladangan got their first point of the match through a Darragh Egan free and then Tadhg Gallagher hit the back of the Kilruane net five minutes later and at half time were trailing 1-04 to 1-06.

Five minutes into the second half and the sides were all square at 10 points a piece before Kildangan’s Johnny Horan scored the side’s second goal and after a floury of points on both sides it ended Kiladangan 2-15 to Kilruane’s 1-11

Earlier

Templederry recorded a 2-13 to 1-11 point victory over Burgess while Borrisoleigh overcame Toomevara 0-20 points to 12.

And on Saturday it ended Nenagh 0-20 Roscrea 2-11.
