The Irish Laurels winning greyhound – trained by Tipperary’s Graham Holland – has tested positive for the main metabolite for cocaine.
Clonbrien Hero failed two drugs tests for benzoylecgonine in July at Curraheen Park Greyhound Stadium in Cork.
The case has been referred to the Irish Greyhound Board Control Committee.
Graham Holland was also in the news last December when Clares Rocket was stolen from his kennels in Golden – the dog was later recovered by Gardaí.
