The All Ireland winning Tipperary Intermediate Ladies Football team were welcomed home by huge crowds in Ardfinnan last night.
Having gone through the entire season unbeaten the squad arrived back in the Premier County with the Mary Quinn Memorial Cup following their victory over Tyrone in Croke Park on Sunday.
Team captain – and Ardfinnan native – Samantha Lambert told Tipp FM sport that she was still coming to terms with the win.
