Toomevara crowned Seamus O Riain champions

Toomevara have been crowned Seamus O Riain senior hurling champions for 2017.

Goals either side of half time secured a double digit win for the North Tipp club.

10 points were the difference in the end as Toomevara defeated Roscrea 2-18 to 0-14.

The first time the sides met a month ago, they played out a 1-12 a piece draw.

They now, along with their opponents Roscrea, will compete for the Dan Breen Cup next year.
