The senior and intermediate club championships get back into full swing this weekend, with a raft of games down for decision.
There are 12 teams in Dan Breen Cup action this afternoon, with 6 out inthe Seamus O Riain.
The Ragg is the venue for the first double header of the day.
First up at 2 o’clock, Upperchurch-Drombane renew rivalries with Thurles Sarsfields in Group 3.
Then at 3:30, it’s Borris-Ileigh V Loughmore-Castleiney in Group 4.
In Templetuohy, Group 1’s Roscrea take on Mullinahone at 5pm, with Killenaule V Kilruane Mac Donaghs in Group 2 at half past 6.
Nenagh and Leahy Park Cashel also host double headers – with a senior and Seamus O’ Rain game in each venue.
First up at the North Tipp venue, Newport take on Silvermines at 5.30pm in Group 2 of the Seamus O Riain competition.
That’s followed at 7 with the Dan Breen clash of Kildangan and Portroe.
Leahy Park meanwhile, hosts the meeting of JK Brackens and St Mary’s Clonmel in Group 1 of the Seamus O Riain Cup at 5, with the senior clash of
Carrick Swans and Drom-Inch at 7.
Finally, in a stand alone fixture in Moneygall Templederry Kenyons play Clonakenny in the second Group 2 game of the Seamus O Riain champiosnhip.
Kickham Park in Dundrum hosts two intermediate hurling fixtures this afternoon also.
Lattin-Cullen take on Moyne/Templetuohy at 2, and that’s followed by Gortnahoe-Glengoole versus Sean Treacys at half 3.
