Armagh will be heading to Thurles this weekend knowing they are facing a Tipp team who are very much a force to be reckoned with.
That’s the view of former Tipp Minor and under 21 football manager David Power.
He says the Premier’s performance against Cavan in last Saturday’s qualifier showed how far Tipp have come in recent years.
