Tipperary senior footballers are hoping to get the Holy Grail, as they pursue All Ireland glory next season.
Their management team of Liam Kearns, Shane Stapleton, Paul Fitzgerald and Brian Lacey were ratified this week for a further two-year term.
During his tenure until now, Liam Kearns has guided Tipperary to an All Ireland semi final, and to promotion in the League.
Football Board Chair Joe Hannigan says the team will make progress next year.
