And on Saturday
Upperchurch-Drombane lost by a point to Ballyporeen.
It finished up 0-12 to 1-10 in Sean Tracy Park.
And at the Clonmel Sportsfield, Arravale Rovers overcame Fethard on a scoreline of Fethard 2-10 Arravale Rovers 2-12.
It was an impressive comeback from the Tipperary town club, who came from 6 points down at half time to win the game.
