Football ¼ finals & Seamus O’Riain Cup

Following yesterdays wins for Killenaule and Loughmore Castleiney in the County Senior Football quarter-finals it’s the turn of Moyle Rovers and Ballyporeen this evening.

Throw-in is at 5 o’clock in Cahir.

Meanwhile in the senior hurling relegation battle Kiladangan face Burgess in Nenagh at 12.
Also getting underway at 12 is the second of the Seamus O’Riain Cup semi finals where Roscrea and Holycross meet in Borrisoleigh.

Toomevara await the winners in the final after they defeated JK Brackens at the Ragg yesterday on a scoreline of 2-24 to 3-14.

Toom are also now promoted to the Dan Breen for 2018.

Speaking to Tipp FM after that game, manager Denis Kelly said they’re looking forward to the final.

There are midday starts for the Intermediate Hurling semi finals.

St Mary’s take on Moyne Templetuohy in Boherlahan while Gortnahoe face Cappawhite in Cashel.
