Further qualifier action in hurling and football

Round 3B of the football qualifiers is down for decision.

Roscommon will have home advantage against a resurgent Armagh side that will be full of confidence after their win over Tyrone in the last round.

That game will throw-in at Dr Hyde Park at 5pm.

Meanwhile, the Clare footballers have out-lasted their hurling counter-parts this summer and they'll be eager to extend their run when they play host to Kildare at Cusack Park.

There's just one hurling qualifier this evening.

Waterford and Wexford have both been building momentum through the qualifiers this summer and they'll go head-to-head in Nowlan Park tonight with the winners advancing to an All Ireland quarter-final against Limerick.

Former Wexford hurler Diarmuid Lyng  believes that their epic two-game series against Clare has brought this new Wexford team on leaps and bounds…

Throw-in at Nowlan Park this evening is at 7 o'clock.
