The 110 mile stage took in four Category 1 climbs including two ascents of Caerphilly Mountain.
22 year old Bennett stayed with world class climbers such as Dan Martin and Tour de France runner up Nero Quin-tana of MovieStar on the final climb to win the sprint from a select group.
Bennett has also taken over the lead in the Points Classification after today's win added to his 2nd and 10th places already this week.
