Tipp Today – Wednesday January 3rd 2018

This morning’s Tipp Today came live from Nenagh where Fran gave an update on storm Eleanor which hit overnight causing disruption across the County. We also had our Wednesday Focus with blogger Helen England. We had a look through this week’s local papers with show Producer Trudy Waters and we spoke to Councillor Michail Anglim ahead of a meeting this weekend about the future of the bridge.

In the second hour of this mornings Tipp Today – Fran spoke to Cllr Catherine Carey about the National outcry from the story about the abandoned horses and what is being done now to ensure it never happens again, we had our weekly psychotherapy slot with Joannes Berkery live in studio, we spoke about a major event happening for Mid West Simon to mark Nollaig na mBan this weekend and we spoke to one of our listeners Phillip who spoke about the struggle of giving up alcohol and cigarettes.


In the final hour of this mornings Tipp Today, Fran spoke to members from “Tipperary in the decade of revolution” who marked the Fenian rising and we spoke to Tipp Hurling captain Padraig Maher ahead of the exciting new season!
