A new Mayor for Clonmel has been elected to see out the end of the term until the end of June.
Workers and Unemployed Action Group councillor Pat English takes over from Garret Ahearn who stepped down following his election to the Seanad.
Cllr Pat English is the new Mayor of Clonmel and he spoke to Fran on Tipp Today earlier.
