Carrick-on-Suir’s Seamus Fogarty is a former Councillor and at the age of 84 has released ‘When Night Is Falling’, which charts his life from infancy in the 1930s, his battle with the bottle, working between home and England, and the changing face of Rural Ireland over eight decades.
