The Men’s Health programme, Place4u were honoured last week when they won a National Aontas Award.
The award win comes as they prepare to get their latest Spring into Health Programme going on Monday week.
Place4U’s Ann Binchy as well as members Paul, Bernard and Pat joined Trudy in studio on Wednesday.
