Nenagh’s Dr Mary Ryan is a Consultant Endocrinologist at Bon Secours and a Senior Lecturer in UL.
She has organised a conference on empowerment and equality which is aimed at educating and encouraging men and women both young and old to take better care of themselves.
That’s taking place on Wednesday, May 1st – ahead of which Dr Mary Ryan spoke to Fran on Thursday.
