Tipp Today – Friday 26th January 2018

This mornings Tipp Today came live from Nenagh. We had our Friday focus with Helen England where we discussed dating in Ireland!. We spoke to one of our listeners Patsy about his frustrations with the Health system. We spoke to Martin Gallagher Director of Marketing and Business Development at Clonmel Healthcare ahead of this weekends Tipp FM Health and Wellbeing expo which is being held in association with Clonmel Healthcare and Labour TD Alan Kelly was live in studio to talk about concerns about the Birdhill junction on the M7 following a number of recent crashes, one of which killed an elderly couple from Nenagh.

In the second part of this mornings Tipp Today – Fran spoke to Sean Dwan from Roscrea Toastmasters who are celebrating their first birthday. We spoke to Cllr Richie Molloy who is against the new legislation allowing pubs to open on Good Friday, we spoke to Tony Sheridan – Social Media and Digital Content Officer at UL who will be speaking at this weekends Tipp FM Health and Wellbeing expo and we spoke to Odile Le Bolloch from the EPA about he growing issue with food wastage.

In the final part of this mornings Tipp Today, we spoke to Cllr Richie Molloy who claims that people in the County have suffered greatly as a result of the amalgamation of town Councils. We also had our Friday Panel with Pat Harrold, Declan Collision and Patricia Ryan where we discussed the topics of the week, including the Taoiseach’s comments on house deposits, giving your seat up to a pregnant and parental responsibility in children’s online activity.
