Lisa Finnegan has opened up about her issues with fertility and miscarriages in the hopes of changing women’s rights in the workplace.
She is a HR executive with LinkedIn now but says that after suffering two miscarriages she couldn’t tell her previous employment’s manager about the pain and loss she was experiencing.
She says we need to address fertility at work.
