The sod was turned on the Science and Technology Park just off the N24 in October with Clancy Construction already looking to have work completed before the planned date of next August.
The research and development campus will be home to the Tipperary Campus of Limerick Institute of Technology.
LIT currently operate the Hartnett Centre in Limerick City – an on-campus incubator for innovation and growth driven business start-ups in the Mid West region.
Director of Services with South Tipp County Council Sinead Carr says that it has been a succesful project.
