President Trump has said he will not make a final decision until next week on whether to support the 2015 Paris climate deal.
His refusal to commit left the G7 summit in Sicily ending in disarray.
Oxfam’s Edmund Cairns was at the summit.
He says organisers will be furious about the lack of action on another matter – mass migration.
