Tipperary to start fringe players for last football league game

The Premier County will take on the all ready relegated Wexford team in this Sunday’s Round 7 match-up.

With promotion no longer a possibility Tipp will be hoping to continue their momentum and secure a fourth successive win in their division.

Twomey says they’ll be looking to start their fringe players and he expects them to come out fighting against Wexford in an effort to put their hands up for selection ahead of the Championship.

That game on Sunday throws-in at 3 o'clock in Clonmel and Tipp FM will have full live coverage in association with Bob Fitzgerald Hardware Clonmel.
