Rents in Tipperary have fallen by almost 4 per cent in the last year.
People in Tipperary are now paying on average €592 per month which is a fall of 27% from the peak in 2007 and a drop of 3.7% since this time last year.
Rent prices in Waterford are down 4%, down 2.2% in Limerick and down 0.2% in Cork although rents in Dublin and Galway have both increased – up 2.8% in Dublin and 2.2% in Galway.
