The couple and their 10 year old and 20 month old children have been renting a 2-bedroom house in Cahir for the last four years….however the property has been sold with the new owners moving in early next week.
The family have been on the local authority housing list for some time – speaking on Tipp Today Joseph said they cannot find any other private rented accommodation in Cahir.
Deputy Seamus Healy has been working on Joseph's behalf for a number of months.
He says despite doing everything by the book the family have been let down by the system.
