People are being urged to join Tipperary’s version of the Camino tomorrow.
Its Pilgrims Path’s week across the country with 3 specific walks here in the Premier.
These include the Annual St Declan’s way from Mount Mellerary to Ardfinnan- 9.30 at Ardfinnan and 11 at Mount Mellerary- and then the Kilcommon Loop Walk from 12.30.
This year a third event has been added – a solidarity walk from Thurles whereby Catholics gather at the Cathedral , Protestants gather and the Church of Ireland and Muslims gather at the Mosque – They all meet at the Town park and join hands in a walk through the Cabragh Wetlands to Holycross.
