Update: The M8 Cork/Dublin Rd is fully reopened northbound between J7 Cashel North and J6.
Emergency services are now dealing with it in the hard shoulder. There are heavy delays on approach and Gardai advise motorists to slow down

There has been a three car collision on the M8 between J7 Cashel North and Junction 6 Thurles Northbound.
Gardaí are advising motorists to get off motorway at J7, take the old road to the Horse and Jockey, and get back on at J6.
The condition of the occupants of the cars are not yet known.
