Talks to resume in North

The Minister for Foreign Affairs Charlie Flanagan is co-chairing the talks with the Northern Secretary Theresa Villiers.

The parties are deadlocked on the issue of welfare reform, with Sinn Fein resisting cuts to benefits. 

They're also at odds over how to monitor the status of groups like the IRA.

Journalist Eamon Mallie says things have been further complicated by a statement from the loyalist UDA group.
