A 29 year old man is due back in court today in connection with the death of Shane Rossiter in Golden.
Maurice 'Mossie' Power, who is originally from Clonmel, but has an address at Dranganbeg, Kilmoyler, Cahir, is charged with the murder of 30 year old Shane Rossiter, who was shot as he answered a knock to the door in the West Tipp Village in October.
Power is due before Cashel District court later this morning.
