The Knockalton to Nenagh road is closed this morning following a collision.
The single vehicle crash involving a motorcycle happened at around 8 o’clock last night between the rugby club and Knockalton roundabout.
The motorcyclist was taken to University Hospital Limerick with what are described as serious injuries.
Gardaí in Nenagh say the road is likely to be closed for a number of hours.
