Flooding recedes in Premier

Following significant flooding on a number of routes in Tipperary last night conditions have improved significantly overnight.

However caution is still advised.

Nenagh Gardaí are warning of flooding on the old N7 Dublin Road at Islandbawn – the road is passable.

The Dunkerrin Road in Templemore remains closed though Gardaí there say the Borrisoleigh road has re-opened.

In Thurles bad flooding is reported on the Mill Road.

Flooding on the Raheen Road in Clonmel has receded.
