Relief as missing Tipperary student found safe and well

Stephen Cullinan’s family and friends are feeling ‘indescribable relief’ following the news he’s been located safe and well.

The 25-year-old from Ballymackey in Nenagh had been missing for almost a month, before making contact with his family last night.

His father Tim is on his way to the UK, where Stephen was located, to bring him home.
