Inspectors from the healthcare watchdog made an unannounced visit to Rathkeevan Nursing Home last October and the results were released this month.
The focus of the inspection by the Health Information and Quality Authority was on End of Life Care and Food and Nutrition and they met residents relatives and staff as well as observiing practices.
HIQA subsequently found substantial compliance with Health and Residental Care legislation.
