Premier house prices on the rise

House prices in Tipperary have risen by more than 9% over the last 12 months according to a new study.

The latest Daft House Price Report shows that the average asking price in the second quarter of the year was just short of €163,000 in the Premier County.

This is up 28% from the lowest point.

Nationally prices have risen by more than two thousand euro a month over the last year.
