The Finance Minister has described plans for a National Centre for Bio-Economy in Tipperary as extraordinary.
Paschal Donohoe visited a number of sites in the Premier County while on a tour of the constituency.
He told Tipp FM’s Amy Ryan that projects such as the one proposed for the former Lisheen mine site have huge potential.
