The British government’s being accused of a “mean and cynical” immigration crackdown after draft plans to curb migration post-Brexit were leaked.
But ministers insist the 82-page document isn’t the finished product – and final details will be out in the coming months.
The draft proposals have also been criticised by trade unions.
