McGrath lauds Movember campaign

The two time All Star has become an Ambassador for the foundation which encourages men to be more open about Men's Health issues, and fundraisers for research. 

The Loughmore Castleiney man was diagnosed with testicular cancer earlier this year and underwent surgery and chemotherapy before returning to training with the Tipp panel in June.

He subsequently made a remarkable comeback for the Premier s a substitute in the All-Ireland senior hurling championship semi-final.

The 24 year old has recorded a video for the cancer awareness fundraising campaign and speaking on Extra Time he told Ronan Quirke it’s a very worthy cause
