Johnson accuses Brexit opponents of scare-mongering

Ken Clarke claims the Mr Cameron couldn't possibly stay in charge of the country having campaigned for the UK to remain in the European Union. 

Yesterday, the British Chancellor said leaving the EU could result in mortgage rates rising and instability in financial markets.

But Boris Johnson from 'Vote Leave' says it's time for people to believe in themselves and hold their nerve.

He's accused his opponents of scare-mongering.
