The likes of Johnny Sexton, Rob Kearney, Andrew Trimble and Simon Zebo will all be hoping to take a full part in the work-out before head coach Joe Schmidt names his team later this afternoon.
Schmidt is expected to make at least two changes to his team with fit-again Sean O'Brien likely to return to the Ireland back-row, while Keith Earls is expected to be ruled-out, which could pave the way for Rob Kearney's return to the side.
Meanwhile, Connacht have a chance to regain the top-spot in the Guinness Pro12 table tonight.
Pat Lam's side have made the trip to Rodney Parade to take-on the Dragons knowing that a win or a draw would lift them from third place to first.
