CSO show another slight rise in house prices

The latest figures from the CSO show the average property increased in value by just 0.1 per cent in June – meaning an annual increase of 10.7 per cent.

Properties outside Dublin rose by 0.4 per cent last month, and are up by 9.7 per cent compared to a year ago.

But in the capital, house prices fell by 0.3 per cent in June, while apartments fell by 0.4 per cent.
