The Bora Hansgrohe sprinter is in good form of late having taken a stage win in Paris Nice and helping team-mate and World Champion Peter Sagan to 3rd in Ghent Wevelgem at the weekend.
Bennett finished 17th in that one.
Also taking to the start line today is the Irish team Aqua Blue Sport. Included in their line-up is the Irish pair Conor Dunne and Matt Brammeier.
Just yesterday they were confirmed as a wildcard entrant for the Tour of Spain later this year.
