The N24 roadworks through Tipp Town were due to finish today, but that deadline has now been extended up to November 8th.
The works have been ongoing since February and were due to finish by September, but were extended until the end of October and then today.
Independent Cllr Anne Marie Ryan told Tipp FM news that there is still a stop go system in place.
