The Connacht and Leinster teams will both be named later this afternoon ahead of their inter-pro derby at the RDS tomorrow.
Both provinces are expected to rest their front-line international players.
Tonight in the Guinness Pro12, Ulster will play host to Munster at the Kingspan Stadium.
Ulster sit on top of the table going into this weekend's round of games but Munster are just three points adrift in 5th place overall.
